Dr. Lynch is a partner at The Shoulder Clinic of Idaho and a graduate of Harvard University. He completed medical school at Oregon Health Sciences University graduating first in his class. His post-graduate training in orthopedic surgery, as well as his fellowship in shoulder & elbow surgery, were completed at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Dr. Lynch has been an actively practicing shoulder surgeon since 2008. His practice is devoted exclusively to treating problems of the shoulder and elbow. Prior to joining The Shoulder Clinic of Idaho, Dr. Lynch was a Commander in the United States Navy and Associate Professor of Surgery responsible for both orthopedic resident and medical student education. He served as the Director of the Division of Sports Medicine & Shoulder Surgery for the Navy’s ACGME-accredited orthopedic residency program in San Diego, California. He has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles concerning the shoulder and elbow, has presented at regional and national meetings, and is an active reviewer for several peer-review journals dedicated to the practice of orthopedic surgery.
